Please read these terms carefully before booking a service with Tradie Heroes.

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tradie Heroes website and the booking, quoting and service arrangements you enter into with Tradie Heroes ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website, requesting a quote, or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Our Services
Tradie Heroes provides licensed electrical, plumbing, heating & cooling, building, and related trade services across the Greater Sydney region. Services are performed by qualified, licensed and insured tradespeople. Availability, response times and pricing may vary by suburb, trade, and time of booking.
3. Quotes & Pricing
Where a fixed price is provided before work begins, that price will not change unless the scope of work changes once our technician is on site. Any additional work identified during the job will be quoted separately and requires your approval before proceeding. Promotional offers (such as "Save $55") apply to online bookings only and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
4. Bookings & Cancellations
Bookings made online or by phone are confirmed once you receive confirmation from a member of our team. We ask for at least 2 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of standard bookings. Emergency callouts may incur a callout fee if cancelled after a technician has been dispatched.
5. Workmanship & Warranty
All work carried out by Tradie Heroes is backed by our workmanship warranty, the term of which will be confirmed on your invoice or job sheet. This warranty covers defects in our workmanship and does not cover manufacturer defects in parts or equipment, which remain subject to the manufacturer's own warranty terms.
6. Payment
Payment is due on completion of work unless alternative arrangements (such as interest-free finance) have been agreed in advance. We accept major credit/debit cards and, where approved, Zip and Afterpay financing. Late payments may incur additional administrative fees.
7. Interest-Free Finance
Interest-free finance options are provided by third-party finance partners and are subject to their own approval criteria, terms and conditions. Tradie Heroes is not a credit provider and does not guarantee approval of any finance application.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradie Heroes' liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the cost of re-performing the relevant work. Nothing in these Terms excludes any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Website Use
Content on this website is provided for general information only and does not constitute professional advice. We take reasonable care to keep information accurate and up to date but make no warranty as to its completeness or currency.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The version published on this page at the time of your booking will apply.
